(1) balanced diet:-what is a balanced diet? In a simple words it’s a diet that offers the nutrients to help your body function properly. Your body gets the right nutrition when you consume a wide variety of food rich in calories such as fresh fruits and vegetables,

(2) calories:-Calories are an indicator of the energy content in the food. Once you intake the food, the calories are consumed when you walk, think, or breathe. On average, a person may require about 2000 calories a day to maintain their body weight and people who are more into exercising require more calories in comparison to people who don’t

Why balanced diet is important?

Eating a healthy food. Fresh food makes you feel great . Having more energy and you look good. Always feel good in yourself. Specially try to eat organic food. Directly comes from organic farm .

  2. Any food can be unhealthy if you eat too much of it 🙂 I think categorizing food as healthy / unhealthy does not help people have an healthy relationship with food 🙂 – which is what matters in the end.
